| Production Line: | PICKLING STEEL SHEET PRODUCTION LINE The pickling steel plate production line has an annual production capacity of 600000 tons and can produce product specifications of 1.5-5.0MM * 800-1450MM. The production line adopts internationally advanced shallow groove turbulent hydrochloric acid pickling technology, and the entire transmission adopts AC frequency conversion control. The pickling speed is fast, the production efficiency is high, and the quality is stable. It can produce high-strength and ultra deep drawing pickling plates.
COLD ROLLED STEEL SHEET PRODUCTION LINE 1380mm Cold Rolled Steel Sheet Production line with annula capacity of 300000 tons, can produce specifications of 0.20-1.20*600-1260mm. The production line adopts advanced all-hydrauic screw-up method which is controlled flexibly and stably, and the thickness gauge that realizing sheet thickness automatic control under AGC system. Hence, the quality of products can be strongly guaranteed.
HOT DIP GALVANIZED STEEL SHEET PRODUCTION LINE 1250mm Galvanized Steel Sheet Production Line with annual capacity of 300000 tons, can produce specification of 0.20-1.20mm*700-1260mm. The production line adopts internationally most advanced production technology---United States Corp, and process the most advanced and highest-precision production equipments, such as all-radiant tube heating type continuous annealing furnace, inductor heating zinc pot, finishing machine and laser thickness gauge etc. Hence the production line can produce different galvanized products with big spangle, small spangle or zero spangle. According to different usage for different industries of construction, automobile, household appliance, decoration pre-painted steel sheet production and so on.
55% ALUMINUM ZINC SILICON STEEL ( GALVALUME STEEL ) SHEET PRODUCTION LINE 1250mm aluminum zinc silicon steel sheet production line with annual capacity of 300000 tons, can produce specification of 0.20-1.20*800-1260mm. The production line adopts internationally most advanced production technology---United States Corp, whose annealing furnace is continuous annealing furnace using all-radiant tube as its heating method and protective gas circulated jet technology as the means of cooling steel strip. The production line also posses the most advanced and highest-precision production equipments, such as double-withdrawal-double-straightening machine, finishing machine and laser thickness gauge etc. Hence the production line can produce different kinds of steel sheets for different usage, such as anti-finger printing steel sheet, aluminum zinc silicon steel sheet and so on.
PRE-PAINTED STEEL SHEET PRODUCTION LINE 1250mm Pre-Painted Steel Sheet production line with annual capacity of 200000 tons, can produce specification of 0.20-1.60mm*700-1260mm. The production line adopts double-coating-double-baking roller-coating technology, using zero spangle galvanized steel sheet or aluminum zinc silicon steel sheet as its base metal. Thus, our pre-painted steel sheet has the advantages of corrosion resistance, mechanical properties and exterior decoration, applying to such emerging areas as construction, household appliance etc.
