| Production Line: | 1. Clean CNC Machining Workshop: Programming department, CNC machine operate department.
Our CNC Machining Workshop including over 20 sets CNC machines, 2 sets high precision 5 axis CNC machinee, several lathe, milling, drilling machines, which can operate plastic, metal and carbon fiber composite CNC machining parts.
2. Manual department
After CNC machining, most parts need to be process by our manual department, such as deburring, polish, repair, split joint etc. manual work.
3. Carbon fiber prototyping room
We can custom FREE-MOLD various shaped full carbon fiber structures prototype per customer's design at a very short time,also can provide carbon fiber combine plastic, metal etc. service. We aim to help realize any projects in your mind with the suitable materials. Carbon fiber process we use: autoclave, compression molding,vaccum infusion, carbon fiber wrapping etc. General carbon fiber material use: Toray carbon fiber prepreg.
