Xi'an Aojie Electric Heating Equipment Engineering Co., Ltd. is a premier manufacturer of mesh-belt controlled atmosphere continuous brazing furnaces and industrial heat treat systems.
Started in early 1990s, Xi'an Aojie designed and manufactured its first mesh-belt controlled atmosphere continuous brazing furnace. In the years that have followed, Xi'an Aojie has committed to independent research and development of advanced brazing furnaces and heat treat equipments.
Nowadays, Aojie mesh-belt continuous controlled atmosphere brazing furnace has successfully replaced imported equipment due to its unique advantages. Aojie mesh-belt controlled atmosphere brazing furnaces are widely used for brazing parts of stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, brass and copper, etc. by the industries of automobile, aero-space & aviation, and household appliances, etc.
To serve the aero-space & aviation industry, Aojie developed high, intermediate and low temperature high precision electric heating car bottom furnaces which meet temperature uniformity requirements set by US Military Specifications.
Aojie also developed BAB production lines for the production of stators and rotors of high efficiency and power economized motors.

| Production Line: | 1. Manufacturing and processing site In order to ensure the levelness and straightness of equipment, all the equipment production of our company is made on the steel benchmark platform. It can ensure the levelness of the whole production line is ±0.2mm and the straightness is ±0.2mm.
2. Leak check for muffle For the whole system, the air tightness leak check of above muffles must be implemented strictly in the manufacturing site before leaving factory. The following leakage detection methods can be adopted for one or more, even all to meet the requirements by clients.

| History: | Started in early 1990s, Xi'an Aojie designed and manufactured its first mesh-belt controlled atmosphere continuous brazing furnace. In the years that have followed, Xi'an Aojie has committed to independent research and development of advanced brazing furnaces and heat treat equipments.
2002: The company was formally established and launched the first continuous brazing furnace for brazing stainless steel parts in 1998.
2004: The first aluminum brazing furnace was produced.
2008: A cooper brazing furnace were exported to Iran; Two stainless steel brazing furnaces were exported to Wakefield and Poland.
2011: A stainless steel brazing furnace is exported to shijinggang county, Tokyo, Japan.
2012: Started cooperate with the world's largest supplier of automobile air conditioners in Germany. A brazing aluminum brazing furnace is exported to Korea.
Since its establishment, Aojie has received more than 50 patents, including 34 utility patents,17 invention patents and 1 international invention patent.
