1. Introduction of Product

Good plasticizing Two-screw Extruder PE & PP Wood-plastic Two Step Extrusion Line
   The extruder of this extrusion line is the special designed SJSZ92 conical twin-screw extruder, this extruder is equipped with the temperature controlling gauges which have the advantages of high precision temperature controlling, easy and reliable operation. The vacuum calibration table equipped with the strong cooling device which ensures the cooling effect. Caterpillar type haul off unit, equipped with the precise speed reduction motor and inverter, has the advantages of reasonable  structure, powerful and stable haul off force. The cutter has the reliable and accurate cutting effect. The stacker has the movable stacking trolley and special made rubber protection layer to prevent the product from being scratched. The downstream equipment of this extrusion line uses the programmable computer or domestic made controlling system for stable and reliable operation.
 
2. Quick Detail:
   Two-step way is that the wood-plastic composite materials complete in different equipments of mixing ,from play, extruding products, mixing the raw material in a certain formula, forming wood-plastic particles in the middle, and then squeezing out products.

   And nowadays, the two-step way is used currently, application of a wider general use dual-cone or two-screw extruder granulation, and then double-cone or single screw extruder extrusion products, mainly used in floor indoor or outdoor, parapets, tray, such as PE plastic extrusion products.
 
3. Description:
      After the line add or replacing the different spare part, can be produced plastic steel window profile, pinch, plate, window sill, siding plate, corrugated sheets and wpc of floor, fences, door panel, door pocket, lines etc.
      At present WPC extrusion line has two ways: one step way and two steps way: one step way mainly used to produce PVC wood plastic product, two steps way mainly used to extrude PP/PE wood plastic product. The screws and barrel is treated by bimetal treatment, wearable and anti-erode, featured in good plasticization, high capacity, energy saving and wood powder and the other wooden fibre can occupied high quantity as 50-70%. This equipment is an ideal choice for customers who want to produce wood tray, indoors and outdoors floor, fences, warehouse plate and outdoors decorative material and so on.

7. Option
      The main extruding machine adopts special-designed screw, barrel, mould, Equipped with the auxiliary machineries, it could produce the PP/PE/PVC wood-plastic products, It’s a new environment-protecting product, which combines the wood powder and plastic powder at a certain percent. After the high temperature and mould extruding, the wood and plastic composites and becomes the final products.
 
8. Commercial Terms
1.Payment: 30% by T/T as advance payment, balance(70%) by T/T before shipment
2.Lead Time: 60 days after receiving the advance payment
3.Transportation: container, simple package ( PE film, salver)
4.Warranty period: From the day of the use of the machine in the buyer’s factory:
   (1) The mechanical Parts: 12 months
   (2) The electrical Parts: 6 months
5. Installations and Commissioning
   (1) Up to date commissioning has been made before shipment
   (2) Overseas Commissioning and charges
    one or two technicians will be sent to the buyer to guide the installation and commissioning of the               equipment if the customer requests.
   Customers pay the charge of our technicians.
   (1) Round-trip Airplane Ticket
   (2) Charges of transportation, accommodation and communication
   (3) The allowance for the technicians is USD 80 per day for one person.
   (4) An interpreter is needed.
6. Spare parts:
    Spare parts for one year are needed for the customers, and we suggest that customers should buy the     spare parts. (Fittings list will be provided.)
7. English manual, Figuration drawing, and footing drawings are provided.
