1. All pictures are taken from actual goods, but slight difference caused by PC setting can't be avoidable.

After Sales Service
Please contact our after sales department within 30 days after the reception and follow the process
1. The client provides the copy of the Sales Contract and describes the demand. The client supplies pictures as a proof.
2. The Quality checking department takes the demand in charge and decides if it is taken in charge or not in less than 48 hours
3. Regarding the demand, compensation might be accorded and an agreement signed.
4. The after sales service performs the duties as mentioned in the agreement.

1) Inspect all the material when arrived, ensure they will match customers' requirements.
2) Inspect the semi-finished goods.
3) Inspect the finished products.
4 )Final inspection while packing up all the goods, if there are no problems, QC will issue final inspection

Q:Can we print our LOGO?
A:Yes,LOGO print customized be accepted. OEM service available and custom designs are welcomed!
Q: Can I get sample on free ?
A: Yes. Samples will be free if you purchase at least 500pcs.
1. Sample freight paid by buyer and free sample will arrange shipment for you.
Q: How long can I get the sample ?
A: It depend on the sample whether customized or not.
1. Existing products ,4-7 days to delivery after we confirm the payment.
2. Your own logo or design 15-25 days and try to ship out as earlier as we can.
Q: Will you be responsible for the goods when shipping?
A: Usally the forwarder we cooperated with can sent the cargoes to where you want . Beside , we promise that goods will be arranged asap and delivered in the shortest time.
Q: Goods will be seized by customs?
A: Please be assured of it, because we have formal export qualifications. If it does be seized, we will assist you until problems solved.
