Description
Traditionally, when the temperature reaches the set valve, the power is automatically turned off. However, due to the slow temperature response, when the temperature actually exceeds the set valve, the power will be turned off. According to statistical analysis, unnecessary heating consumes 35% of electricity. According to the temperature curve, we use a PID adjustment system for the proofing machine to use thermal inertia to reach the ideal temperature and avoid overheating.
It is an ideal equipment for producing bread and cakes. The continuous convective cycle of temperature and humidity provides uniform conditions for fermentation. Therefore, the dough will ferment at the same speed anywhere on the machine.
The machine is designed with heating rods and heating rods to heat temperature and generate moisture. The humidified water spray is controlled by a solenoid valve. In addition, the air is forced to circulate convectively.
