36 Trays Two Half Door Refrigeration Retard Proofer,its material is durable stainless steel,which can use for long time.The temperature in the box can reach 95%, and the temperature can be automatically controlled between 60~-5°C to form a suitable fermentation environment, and heating dry boil tubes and heating plates are added to maintain the temperature in the box.Microcomputer controller,refrigeration/ freezing system,can reserve fermentation time ,make it from freezing/ refrigeration state to fermentation state. Freezing can reach- 15°C.It is the ideal equipment for the production of bread and cakes.
