The company has a number of domestic first-class TFT display assembly production lines including cutting machine, cleaning machine, COG binding machine, fully automatic FOG hot pressing, three-in-one silver pulping machine, fully automatic backlight machine, fully automatic laminating machine, defoaming machine, automatic UV curing, etc. There are 5 main COG binding production lines, with the monthly production capacity reaching 350KPCS/ month. Technicians will do equipment maintenance and inspection regularly every day to ensure the stability of equipment temperature, time, pressure and other related parameters. The workshop is centrally controlled by the central air conditioning, with a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius. It is also equipped with a custom-made hanging dehumidifier, which has a cleanliness level of 1,000 and a local level of 100, so that the workshop environment is dry and comfortable. |

2. What about the delivery time? Samples in stock will be shipped within 2 days, It takes 1-2 weeks for sample transformation and 3-5 weeks for mass production. Customized products within 2-3 days of develop plan, and 1 weeks in drawing approval sample production; Test run/batch production 4-5 weeks after sample approval.
3. Is there a minimum quantity limit for samples and production orders? In the sample stage, 3-5 pieces can be provided for sample inspection; The minimum order quantity for batch production is usually 1K-3K batch; For trial/PP-run orders, we support quantities below MP MOQ.
4. How will the goods be delivered and how long will it take to arrive? By DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It takes 5-7 days to arrive. Air and sea transport are also optional.
5.How to order the LCD module? Let us know your requirements or applications first. Secondly, we will offer you a reasonable price according to your requirements.Sample orders need to pay 100% payment, bulk orders can pay 50% deposit to start material preparation.
