With various professional aging chambers, we can accurately predict the degree of performance degradation of polymer materials due to the influence of light, heat, oxygen, low temperature, etc.
Business challenges
Polymer materials are mainly C-C chains, which are easily affected by light, heat and oxygen, causing the molecular chain to break, resulting in performance degradation and inability to be used normally. Choosing the correct aging method can predict the normal service life of polymer materials. Aging tests can be used for screening materials and formulas, comparing similar products, seeking failure mechanisms, improving aging resistance, and life estimation.

1. UV aging (mainly simulating the effect of light with a wavelength below 400nm on polymer materials)
