GLARY is a professional led thermal management supplier in China.
GLARY offers you more than 3000 standard aluminum extrusion heat sink designs, the max diameter is 320mm and the min diameter is 10mm, the material is aluminum 6063-T5, and the thermal conductive is 209w/m-k.
All heat sinks are applied in LED lights, such as, LED candle light, spot light, track light, down light, ceiling light, high bay light, warehouse light, marine light, MR lamp, PAR lamp, AR lamp, and so on.
All standard aluminums available like 6063, 6061, 6005 with low MOW starting from 2M.
GLARY also offers you aluminum cold forging heat sink, the max diameter is 210mm and the min diameter is 40mm, the material is aluminum 1070, and the thermal conductive is 226w/m-k. Our cold forging heat sink is applied in LED down light, ceiling light, track light, spot light and so on.
GLARY has extrusion workshop, forging workshop, machined workshop, anodizing workshop, warehouse and packing workshop. We use the most modern sawing automat, CNC machining centers, automatic lathes and process for your production. All surfaces are finished just as you have specified.

We are building a new tool and extrusion workshop so that we can provide you heat sinks over 320mm diameter in 2015. We have 5 producing lines of forging machines ranging from 200T to 2000T, max diameter is 350mm and min diameter is 20mm so far. Pure aluminum 1070 and copper C1100 can be accepted, the heat dissipator can be reach to 300W. The shape can be made into round, square, rectangle and hexagon shape. The fins can be made into round pins, straight fins, blade fins and flared fins. The color can be made anodizing with silver, black, blue, red, purple, gold and so on. We offer you more than 3000 standard aluminum extrusion heat sink and 200 standard cold forging heat sink designs to choose, based on these standard heat sinks, any customer-specific degign can be accepted. We use the most modern sawing automat, CNC machining centers, automatic lathes and process for your production. All surfaces are finished just as you have specified. |

The PI will be provided if there is not any problem, please provide us the bank copy after you paid the cost, then GLARY will arrange the samples or goods in advance. 7. The samples (in stock part) can be sent to you within 3-5 days. 8. Machined part can be sent to you within 7-10 days. (it depends on your final machined design). 9. Goods can be sent to you within 12-15 days. 10. If it is urgent, GLARY will arrange the product ASAP, and send it to you by DHL.
