Q2: What is a pixel? A2: "Pixel" is simply an acronym for "picture element." It is the smallest point of light in a flat panel TV, or in an LED display. In a full color LED display, the smallest point typically includes three LEDs: one red, one green, and one blue. A display with more pixels typically has higher resolution, showing sharper images with more detail.
Q3: Which LED display is best for my business or organization? A3: There are a number of factors to consider when choosing an LED display, including: size, pixel pitch, location, marketing/ messaging goals, etc..Applications for LED display vary greatly, such as Indoor & Outdoor rental use. Widely used for backdrop of staging event, rental business, liveshow, concert, etc. also can use for outdoor or indoor Advertisingment, etc. These considerations dictate the size LED display you will require and also affect the best choice in LED pixel density.
Q4: What does "pitch" mean when referring to an LED display? A4: "Pitch" is the distance between pixels. Usually given in millimeters (mm), BST outdoor display pitches range from 4.8mm to 100mm. A smaller pitch corresponds to more tightly packed LEDs (or pixels) and therefore higher resolution. Which leads to more lifelike video displays. Like for indoor display pitches range from 1.6mm to 10mm.
Q5: What is "viewing angle" for an LED display? How do you measure it? A5: LED light patterns are similar to spot lights. The light source is brightest head on but falls away as one moves away from that center axis. A certain point is reached where the light intensity is exactly 50% less than the "on-axis" brightness. Two times that 1/2 brightness angle is the engineering definition for "viewing angle."

Since 2009, Start LED display screen manufacture in Bao’an district which is the most important LED screen industrial in Shenzhen China.
Since 2010 BST enlarged its production base to 10,000 sq.m, and exported to more than 80 countries all around the globe.
1) Fully-automated process Our own the entire LED manufacturing process in-house 10,000Square meter ; complete LED production process from original Semiconductor , LED chip,die and wire bonding to encapsulation, insertion and wave soldering.
2) Quality Assurance Throughout the process, professional Intergraph scan, adjust brightness,amend angles , white balance, vibration and aging tests water proof IP65 standards; Test process : Brightness / Luminance, waterproof, Hi-pot, earth ground test, etc. QC-7 step process , Final Quality Assurance Outgoing Quality Control.
