Team of design manager, production manager and sales manager discuss machine details in meeting to make out machine designing-making plan and schedule. Design department design machine drawings, first parts drawings and then conclude to machine assembly drawings and finally layout & foundation drawings. With drawings, procurement department purchase materials and parts, production department make parts in process of cutting ,welding, machining, assembling and painting. Each step monitor technicians check and confirm the done work is correct and qualified. In the process, sales manager transfer customer comments to keep machine production in customer expectation and planned schedule.
Shipment can be arranged by our company or customer, the importance is to ensure the machine transportation in safety and on time. We can send technicians to customer plant to help machine setup and run the machine in good conditions until training customer operator to grasp operation and maintenance skill.
