Super High Speed Steel Coil longitudinal Slitting Lines 4 x 1600 180mpm
Our new type advanced longitudinal slitting line gives much higher speed, stability and precision.
1. Single mandrel decoiler:
press one button on operator panel, centralizing to easily adjust coil on central line.
If partial coil is slit, the remaining coil sheet can return back to uncoiler
uncoiler mandrel is zigzag teeth segments to protect inner steel sheet not bruised.
paper peeling device in front of uncoiler to peel off wrapped paper.
2.Pinch roller plays deflection guide role and pinch feeding roles.
3.Side guide and horizontal guide: to guide steel strip in center and not jump up down.

5. Scrap winder: vertical winding reels on ear frame of guide roll table, the edge scraps itself fall down, and tail press roller hold slit stips tails.
6. Pre separating and tensioner: all separating shafts are the same and easily dismantled and installed.
tension provision is variable piston pump hydraulic system,two hydraulic cylinders on top give balance pressure.
7. Post shear and Deflector roller: post shear cut off irregular strips tails,making packing on recoiler easier.
Encoder on deflector roller track the slitting length and shows on touch screen.
8. Recoiler: overarm press separator from top to press down with brusher brushing off strips clean.
triangle door rotating to support recoiler mandrel shaft firmly and precisely.
Seamless mandrel to protect steel coils inner surface.
9. Hydraulic piping adopts clamp lock type, solid structure and easy to install and dismantle.
