The Office
History:
2003.May.25th--- Metalstar was founded in Panyu, Guangzhou city, China. The business started-up with just 5 staffs in 1300 square foot workshop and focused on providing deep drawn prototype.
2003.Jul.5th --- Metalstar received her first order from a well-known China domestic company for 8 sets of washing machine case using deep drawn prototype stamping process.
2005.May.10th--- for meeting growing demands from our customers, Metalstar prototype extended its offerings to vitreous enameling, nickel& chrome plating, powder coating, spray painting and anodizing treatment, etc.
2005.Jul.12th--- started to expand business to overseas.
2009.Sep. 22nd --- moved the factory to Shilou Town in Panyu, the workshop was expanded to 8000 square foot and employed 22 rich experienced staffs.
2012.Apr.20th --- our workshop was expanded again to 12000 square foot, equipped 7 more high-precision CNC machinery and became to 35 staffs.
2016.Mar.15th--- in order to optimize collaborative resources and also for more convenient business contact with customers of household electrical appliances companies who are located in Shunde area, Metalstar set up the branch facility in Shunde, Foshan city. The total employees of Panyu and Shunde factory expanded to 70.
2021.Oct.18th--- Metalstar expanded Shunde facility to 56000 square foot, equipped new 3-D laser cutter and 6000W high power 2-D laser cutter.
2023.Apr.8th --- Metalstar expanded her business to custom hardware covering furniture, kitchen, bathroom, window, door hardware prototype parts and small amount production.
