| Production Line: | The production process of hot rolled steel plate is as follows:
1. Continuous casting slab or blooming slab is used as raw material and heated by stepping furnace;
2. After descaling by high-pressure water, it enters the roughing mill, and the roughing material enters the finishing mill after cutting head, tail and then implements computer-controlled rolling;
3. After the final rolling, the cooling rate and coiler can be controlled by the computer to become a straight hair coil.
The production process of cold rolled steel sheet is as follows:
1. Taking slab as raw material, the strip steel is made by roughing mill and finishing mill after heating;
2. The hot steel strip from the last finishing mill is cooled to the set temperature through laminar flow, rolled into steel strip coil by coiler, and the cooled steel strip coil;
3. According to the different needs of users, steel plate, flat roll and longitudinal cut steel strip products are processed through different finishing lines, such as leveling, straightening, cross cutting or longitudinal cutting, inspection, weighing, packaging and marking.
The general production process of cold drawn stainless steel pipe mainly includes the following steps: round pipe blank → heating → perforation → three roll cross rolling, continuous rolling or extrusion → pipe stripping → sizing (or reducing) → cooling → blank pipe → straightening → hydrostatic test (or flaw detection) → marking → warehousing. The rolling method of cold drawing (rolling) of stainless steel pipe is more complex than hot rolling. The first three steps of the production process of cold and hot rolled steel pipe are basically the same, and there are differences from the fourth step. After the round tube blank is emptied, it shall be subject to heading annealing. Next, pickling is carried out with a specific acid liquid. Apply oil after pickling. Followed by multiple cold drawing (cold rolling) and special heat treatment. Then comes the straightening process. After being straightened, the stainless steel pipe is sent to the metal flaw detector by the conveyor belt for flaw detection in the pipe. The purpose of this step is to detect whether there are cracks, bubbles and other defects in the steel pipe. The next step is to carry out strict manual selection. After the quality meets the standard, the stainless steel pipe can be sprayed with production number, batch number and specification, and finally put into storage.
