NANYA was set up in 1994 and now we have two production bases,covers over 40,000 square meters, now it’s one of the earliest and biggest pulp molding machines manufactures in China and becomes the leading pulp molding machinery supplier in the world.
NANYA has more than 50 persons in R&D centre, with specific professional technicians taking charge of machinery, heat energy, electrical engineering, mould process center and paper making technology.
NANYA has established long term cooperation with renowned universities, Guangdong University of Technology (GDUT) and South China University of Technology (SCUT). We together develop and apply the advanced technology at home and abroad these years.
NANYA machines obtained CE certificate and passed TUV and SUS inspection. NANYA adopts the international brands for spare parts and auxiliary equipment, such as Siemens/Schneider /Festo, etc.

| History: | NANYA is located in Guangzhou City, established in 1994. After 30 years of efforts, we've gained more than 60% market share in China and exported our products to more than 80 countries and regions successfully. In 1994, NANYA was set up in Guangzhou City. In 1996, NANYA developed the first rotary forming machine in China, mainly applied to egg tray, egg box, fruit tray, cup holder, shoe trees etc. In 1998, NANYA became a joint-stock company. Since then, NANYA absorbs the advanced technologies from foreign experts, but also cooperates with universities and scientific institutions. In 1998, NANYA produced the first fully automatic thermoforming machine in China, mainly applied to dishware, top-grade packaging, medical care products, and pulp molding craftworks, etc. In 2001, NANYA designed and made out the first automatic reciprocating forming machine in China which greatly alleviated the operators’ labor intensity. In 2003, NANYA found technique and created the machine for making paper pulp pallet. It mainly uses the substitute material to make wood pallet and plastic pallet, In 2004, NANYA set up the Department of Foreign Trade and began to do export pulp molding machine business. Since 2007, NANYA becomes a member supplier on ALIBABA. Since 2008, NANYA attends the Canton Fair in spring and autumn each year. In 2011, NANYA became a member of China Packaging Federation. In 2015, NANYA obtained the Technology Innovation Certificate issued by Guangzhou Science Technology and Innovation Commission. In 2016, NANYA designed and made the tableware thermoforming with robot, products get heating-hot pressing-edge trimming-stacking automatically. In 2017, NANYA created the mini laboratory machine, which integrates pulping system, forming system, hot-press system, vacuum system and air compressor system in one machine. In 2018, NANYA set a new production base in Foshan city, named FOSHAN NANYA ENVIRONMENTAL MACHINE COMPANY. And sold the10th production line to Eppor-Pack, which is the biggest egg tray manufacture in Southeast Asia in the same year. In 2019, NANYA found the techniques to make lids for coffee cups. In 2021, Nanya improved the tableware making machine and has mature techonology for tableware products making. In 2023, Nanya developed the automatic mini tableware making machine for Frech clients.
