Rapid Wedge Clamps for Reinforcement Bars or Smooth Bars in Concrete Forming
The rapid clamp is widely used as it offers the most rational and most secure means of locking and retaining formwork when casting concrete. The clamp can give around 40% time saving and can be removed quickly.
Rapid clamps are very simple to use.
After setting up the wooden or steel formwork for concrete casting, tie rods passed through the walls to the formwork at intervals.
A rapid clamp is attached to one end of the rod and fixed with a light hammer blow on the head of the wedge.
A second rapid clamp is applied to the other end of the rod and locked in position like the first, after the rod has been tensioned using the appropriate rapid tensioner.
When the operation is completed, the tensioner is removed and the process is continued with the next pair of clamps.

Packing:
1. Generally, the total net weight of loaded container is 22 tons to 26 tons, which need be confirmed before loading.
2. Different packages are used for different products:
--- bundles: timber beam, steel props, tie rod, etc.
--- pallet: small parts will be put in bags and then on pallets.
--- wooden cases: it is available on customer's request.
--- bulk: some irregular goods will be loaded in bulk in container.
Delivery:
1. Production: For full container, normally we need 20-30 days after receive customer's down payment.
2. Transportation: It depends on the destination charge port.
3. Negotiation is needed for special requirements.
