Metal Detector Test

1.Laser Cutting Machine
The SUS304 stainless steel is cut into the size of the designed shape, the laser cutting speed is fast, and the incision is smooth and flat.
2.Angle Bending Machine
Bend radian and shape for raw material SUS304 stainless steel plate
3.Welding
Assemble the cut steel plates into the frame of the equipment and weld and fix them
4.Coating
Electrostatic coating and high temperature baking for the overall frame and details,all color can be customized according to customer needs
5.Assembly
Install the refrigeration system, heating system, circuit system, etc. of the equipment, and install it in strict accordance with ISO9001
6.Inspect
1. Check the appearance of the equipment
2. Confirm that it is consistent with the specifications

7.Calibration

History:
●2009 Established a company to start production of test chambers and sell them in the domestic market while exploring and conceiving global markets.
●2011 Complement the type of test chamber and expand production, initially with a complete line of test chambers.
●2013 Upgraded the material of the product. For example, we upgraded the material of the salt spray chamber to plastic fiberglass, which is more resistant to aging, high temperature and long life. In June of the same year, the market expanded to Singapore, USA laboratory and other industrial field.
●2014 January, the first 36m³ walk-in chamber was signed with the Siemens plant in Kazakhstan, and it was successfully completed in March. In June, 50L desktop environmental chamber was developed and became the company's hottest annual sales. In September, a sulfur dioxide test chamber was developed. And it has become the only one in China that can be completely automatic controlled, and its Exhaust gas device fully meets the EU safety certification. In October, the Xenon lamp series was developed and became the hot product of the year.
●2015 Customized chamber for The large sampels in Kuwait was delivered in January. In April, the Xenon lamp source trigger system was updated again to control the system. In May, the company completed CE ROHS certification for some products. By August, LIB products were successfully exported to TUV, Intertek Element, Intel and other well-known laboratories and industrial fields.
●2016 The LIB after-sales team was formed to provide global after-sales service, and the CSA engineering team was invited to make more conformity to the internationally recognized production specifications.
●2018 The company has increased investment in production technology and new product development, so that the LIB test chamber can reach European, American and Canadian, Asian, Australian and other standards.
